Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping is provided for orders over $100.
Local Pick-Up (in Louisville, Kentucky) Is FREE!
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in Louisville, Kentucky. You will receive a notification that your order is ready for pick up (within 2 business days of placing your order). We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@footforwardfund.org with your name and order number.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We will accept a return within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment upon approval of your refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@footforwardfund.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition for an exchange. We address these matters on a case-by-case basis working with our valued customers towards a satisfactory solution.
